1. Provider
ActSight is operated by Makoto Inoue / Studio R.O.B 8, Eberswalder Straße 20, 10437 Berlin, Germany (Impressum).
2. Service Description
ActSight is a SaaS platform that analyzes POS (Point of Sale) sales data uploaded as CSV files and generates AI-powered reports. The service is intended for business use.
3. Registration and Account
- You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared between multiple users.
4. Free Trial
New accounts receive 1 free AI report analysis. No payment information is required for the free trial.
5. Subscription and Payment
- Paid plan: €79 per store location per month.
- Each subscribed store includes 4 AI report analyses per month.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
- All prices are exclusive of VAT. VAT will be added where applicable under EU law.
6. Cancellation
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refunds are provided for partial months.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by starting to use the service immediately after purchase, you expressly consent to the service beginning before the withdrawal period expires and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance of the service.
8. Data and Privacy
CSV files uploaded for analysis are processed in memory and are not permanently stored on our servers. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Limitation of Liability
ActSight provides AI-generated reports for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the analysis. Business decisions made based on the reports are solely your responsibility. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the 3 months prior to any claim.
10. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice. Significant changes to pricing will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
